Timeframe for Returns: We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the item is returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all eligible returns, deducted from the total refund amount.
Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any associated fees or charges. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our part.
Excluded Items: Holsters with custom-printed graphics cannot be returned or exchanged and we are unable to accept returns for sale items.
