Our holsters feature a dual-layer construction that provides unbeatable rigidity, durability, and superior performance. Every edge is meticulously hand-sanded and polished to create a smooth, professional finish. To ensure the best possible fit and finish, we utilize proprietary CNC-machined steel mold parts in the manufacturing process.

At Nemean Custom, we utilize both 0.08″ and 0.093″ thick Kydex in the molding of our holsters. While our dual-layer 0.08″ holsters offer exceptional rigidity, our dual-layer 0.093″ holsters are among the most rigid on the market. However,  please note that the availability of certain colors or patterns may be limited to the 0.08″ thickness option.  Rest assured that regardless of your choice, our holsters are constructed using the highest quality materials and the latest manufacturing techniques to ensure long-lasting durability and optimal performance.

We offer the option of sublimated custom graphics for our customers. However, before proceeding with this service, we kindly request that you contact us first and provide a high-resolution image that is suitable for printing on legal-sized paper. This will ensure the best possible outcome for your project.

As of 2023, our holsters are legal in all divisions for both USPSA and IDPA competitions, in compliance with the latest rules. We understand that competition rules change frequently, and we strive to stay up-to-date with the latest requirements to ensure our holsters meet the highest standards.

Please note that our holsters are custom-made, and as such, have a lead time of approximately one week. However, if you need a holster more quickly, we do have a selection of ready-to-ship options available.
